Quin and I went to Mid Valley yesterday to meet up with her friends. Only then I realized there is a new shopping complex by the name,The Garden.
The Garden is located directly opposite of Mid Valley. In my opinion, The Garden is like the new Suria KLCC with branded shops like COACH, Armani Exchange and many more.
In addition, The Garden was officially opened a few days ago. Hence, you can still see some renovations going on inside the shopping complex. Since the place is still new, there aren't many shops yet.
One more paper to go!!! Tomorrow @ precisely 12.30 pm will mark the end of my trials!!
Please ignore the timer because it thought that my trials is going to end this coming midnight. =s
Anyway, what is a silhouette? A silhouette is a form of artwork. It is most commonly a human portrait in profile, in black. They do not show any facial expression.
In my case, my silhouette is not a human portrait. =)
I was browsing through my photo folder and I found this photo which was in RAW format. So, I fired up Adobe Lightroom and started editing the photo.
This is what I got: Taken this photo last Wednesday at the Ramadan Bazaar near my area.
Last Saturday, the family and I went to East Lake Residence to have a BBQ dinner. East Lake Residence is located in Seri Kembangan which is directly opposite the Mine's Wonderland.
The group consists of the three sisters, the mom, the mom's friend, boyfriends of the sisters and myself.

Happy Mooncake Festival to all!!
Will be attending a mooncake festival party later, after my tuition. =(
The following week which starts from 24th till 27th September will be the last leg of my trials.
Part of me is excited because trials is finally coming to an end. But the other part is stressing like nobody's business because I'm going to sit for Chemistry and General Paper.
Chemistry - 80% complete but not 100% sure on obtaining an A-/A General Paper - Need to score at least 45/60 in order to get an A-
For general paper, we have to study the government's admin. Who the heck cares?! But I'm obliged to understand *memorize* before I fail the paper.
Here's a picture that contradicts my mood. Bittersweet Symphony
Went to One Utama with the sister right after school.
Upon reaching, she complained that she was hungry, so we decided to try out Carl's Jr.
The serving is big, in fact dam big. But it's kinda pricey to be considered as economical fast food compared to McD. It will be cheaper if you just order the burger and get your drinks from the nearby supermarket.
Overall, the burger has a unique taste in it. I wouldn't say Carl's Jr. has the best burgers in town, but I reckon that you should try it out at least once. =)
The reason I went to One Utama is to release stress from Physics. The subject physics is done for now. Chemistry will be next. =(
This post is just a short update, so no pictures will be posted because I have to time to edit them.
Physics Paper 1 down for the moment and I should be preparing for Paper 2 which I'm going to sit for it tomorrow.
Somehow, I feel that I have so much to study but I just don't seem to understand the notes which I wrote. Maybe it's because I've been skipping physics classes all the time. And by skipping classes, I mean skipping all the Saturday classes for the past few weeks.
And to my realisation, Chemistry paper 2 is coming ealier than I had anticipated. I thought that I would have a few days time to prepare for it but I was wrong. The paper is on next Monday.
Anyway, I gotten this video from Shaolin Tiger about a music genius. He's a keyboardist and he plays solo which are on par to those played by Steve Vai or Paul Gilbert.
Maths paper 1 was tough as hell. Alright, in some cases, challenging shall be the word to describe it. Part of the reason is due to lack of practice. I was chilling off the night before the paper and I should have revised instead of surfing the net.
Sigh, what is done is done. Tomorrow will be Maths paper 2. Hopefully I will score better in paper 2.
Before I go off and revise, here are some photos to share.

Lee Quin
The 2nd photo of Lee Quin is kinda blur because the environment was very dark and despite ISO 1600 and f/1.8, the shutter was rather slow.
And to the lovely ladies out there who are reading this blog, I shall dedicate this picture of a cute friend of mine. =)
His name is Bobby.
If you want to cuddle him or chat with him, you can drop by a comment and I'll arrange a time for the both of you. =)
I'm starting to like the 50mm lens because it delivers sharp images and also creates beautiful bokehs. It may be a cheap lens and light like a toy, but it is definitely one piece of equipment every Canon User should buy and play with it. =)
Then, the guys decided to go for a bowling game. But before that, we went to the HONDA exhibition and I took this test shot using the new lens.

Both of them were bored after bowling and decided to play a game of pool.
I didn't play bowling nor pool because I was broke after buying the lens.
Do comment on the pictures. =) I'm still new to the lens and the camera as well. Hence, constructive comments will further improve my photography skills. =)
